Man named Bud Weisser arrested 'for trespassing at Budweiser Brewery'
Mr Weisser was also accused of resisting arrest
A man named Bud Weisser has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing on the site of a brewery with an uncannily familiar name.
Officers were called to the Budweiser Brewery in the Missouri city St Louis on Thursday evening following reports that Mr Weisser had been found on the premises.
The 19-year-old namesake was allegedly confronted by the facility’s security personnel and an altercation ensued, NBC reports.
Police say that when they arrived at the scene at around 6pm they attempted to arrest the teenager, which he resisted. Mr Weisser was then taken into custody and issued with a summons for trespassing in the first degree and for resisting arrest.
