Woman charged over fatal stabbing of her identical twin sister
Twenty-seven-year-old accused of manslaughter after sibling found unconscious on street

A woman stabbed her identical twin sister to death in the US state of New Jersey, prosecutors allege.
Amanda Ramirez, 27, is accused of knifing her sibling Anna at an apartment block in the city of Camden, close to Philadelphia.
Police were called to reports of an unconscious women on a housing estate at around 5.30am on Saturday.
Officers arrived and found the victim lying on the ground with apparent stab wounds.
She was taken to Cooper University Hospital and was pronounced dead around an hour later.
Camden County prosecutor, Mary Eva Colalillo, and police chief Scott Thomson said Ms Ramirez had been charged with first degree aggravated manslaughter.
She was taken to the Camden County Correctional Facility where is awaiting a pretrial detention hearing which will determine whether she can be released on bail.
Prosecutors said their investigation was ongoing and anyone with information was urged to contact the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
