TURKEY plans to use tugs to tow huge balloon bags of fresh water across the Mediterranean to drought-hit northern Cyprus, the Turkish President, Suleyman Demirel, said, quoted by the Anatolian news agency. "God willing, we will bring the water on 23 April. If there is no obstacle I will come with it."
