A flower importer, Adrian Fitzpatrick, won pounds 400,000 after correctly predicting Manchester United would win the Premier Division, Crystal Palace the First Division, and Brazil the World Cup. Harold Anand, 56, from north London, won pounds 106,000 after placing two accumulator bets, one for Brazil to win, the other for Italy.
