An inquest into the death of Frank Martin, a football referee, of Cwmbran, Gwent, decided that he took his life while the balance of his mind was disturbed. Mr Martin, 43, was found in a fume-filled car after being ordered to attend a Welsh Football Association disciplinary hearing over a prank at a pre-season fitness session.
