A doctor who prescribed the wrong drug to an asthmatic patient who collapsed and died was cleared of manslaughter. Dr Arun Sinha, 39, of Ely, Cardiff, was convicted of erasing computer records after failing to check the 30-year-old woman's medical records. He will be sentenced today.
