Colin Hatch, 21, of east Finchley, north London, was committed by Hendon magistrates to stand trial at the Old Bailey for the murder of Sean Williams on 19 July. Sean, aged eight, from east Finchley, was found asphyxiated in a bin liner in the lift of a block of flats.
