Law Update: Pensions merger

Ellison Westhorp, the firm of pensions solicitors, is to merge with Hammond Suddards, creating a pensions department of some 16 lawyers. Robin Ellison, known as a commentator on pensions, is to become a consultant, while his partners Jane Marshall, Andrew Powell and Peter Silke will be partners in the newly merged practice.
