Law Update: Matter of course

A one-day course for solicitors returning to work after a career break is being held by the College of Law in London on 1 March. For registration forms and further details, telephone 0483 460385. The college is also to provide training for representatives who act for solicitors at police stations. A series of one-day courses will begin at the college's four branches in the autumn, and will lead to a qualifying examination.
