Two men who fell to their deaths from aircraft may have been clinging to the undercarriage of the same aeroplane, but on different flights.

Two men who fell to their deaths from aircraft may have been clinging to the undercarriage of the same aeroplane, but on different flights.

One man fell to the runway at Gatwick as a British Airways Boeing 777 took off for Mexico on Christmas Day. Police are investigating whether a man whose body was found in a Surrey field on Sunday may have fallen from the same jet as it arrived from Mexico that day.

Sussex Police said: "We are conducting forensic tests on both bodies to try to find out whether they were on the same plane." The men were both in their early twenties and of Mediterranean appearance.
