An 'aggrieved artist' was banned from every gallery in Britain when he appeared in court charged with trying to set fire to a car on the steps of the Tate Gallery, London. Horseferry Road magistrates imposed the ban on Kenneth Whitehead, 24, of Leytonstone, as a condition of bail.
