Bobby Fischer, the former world chess champion, was in difficulties in the sixth game of his comeback match against Boris Spassky in Sveti Stefan, in the former Yugoslavia. After six hours' play, he was a pawn behind but defended with great accuracy to salvage a draw. Spassky leads 2-1 with three games drawn.
