Special Constable Robert Evans, of Essex Police, crouching amid a crop of 2,000 cannabis plants which were discovered in an outhouse after a dawn raid on a house in Bowers Gifford, near Benfleet, Essex, yesterday. A man was taken into custody and was last night being questioned at a police station in north London.
