AN OPEN verdict was recorded on a 21-month-old boy who drowned after being left in a bath while his mother cooked lunch. The ruling came after police failed to trace Michelle Corey, 19, of Wembley, north London, after a warrant was issued for her arrest when she missed an earlier hearing into her son Corey's death.
