Reza Pardisan, 36, who was beaten by a drunk motorist after grabbing his car keys to stop him driving away from outside a nightclub, was awarded pounds 310 compensation by a court. His assailant, Denis Bell, 44, of Putney, south-west London, was jailed for three months for assault and drink driving.
