The eyes have it: a delegate to the Muslim Parliament in London yesterday hears its leader, Dr Kalim Saddiqui, denounce the conflict in Bosnia as an example of 'mass murder of the weak and vanquished . . . a trait of European character throughout history'. The parliament formed a committee that is to establish a register of Muslim volunteers for Bosnia.
