New Year revellers could be putting their lives at risk by using dangerous imported fireworks, Labour's consumer affairs spokesman Nigel Griffiths warned.

Despite the Government's ban on the aerial shells - the fireworks responsible for three deaths over the 5 November celebrations - Mr Griffiths said that stocks were still available.
