Firebomb warning to shops

Scotland Yard last night warned shopkeepers in the West End of London to check for firebombs after two were found in the Liberty store. An assistant found one of the cassette-sized devices, believed to have been planted by the IRA, at about 5pm. The store was cleared and police found another.
