Cell death inquiry

An inquiry is under way after a teenager was found hanging in his cell at Stoke Heath young offenders' institution in north Shropshire. Christopher Craig Greenaway, 16, from Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, had received a nine-month sentenced in August for robbery and failing to surrender.
