Cape Town car bomb injures three

Three people were injured when a car bomb exploded in Cape Town's crowded waterfront. Police said they had no clues as to the motive, but the explosion was near the site of the Planet Hollywood bombing last August, which killed two people and wounded 25, for which Islamic militants were blamed.
