HOUSEBUILDER Morrison Construction is extending its presence in the Republic of Ireland with a pounds 59m joint venture project with Lehmax International, the property company, to develop 310 luxury detached houses and apartments on the banks of Dublin's Grand Canal. Morrison is already one of the largest house builders in Northern Ireland.
