Ocean buys Intexo

Logistics specialist Ocean Group has completed the acquisition of 67 per cent of the issued share capital of Van Ommeren Intexo Holding BV for a cash consideration of pounds 18.9m. The name of the company will be changed to Intexo Holding BV.
