New investment analysis column

Today sees the launch of a new daily investment analysis column in The Independent. Each day we will analyse the main company results and stock market developments from the investor's standpoint. The new column, designed to be read alongside Derek Pain's authoritative stock market report, is the first of a number of continuing improvements to our business and City coverage. The new column starts today on page 35.
