Imperial sells Scotoil Services

Imperial Chemical Industries has sold its Scotoil Services unit to a consortium of investors including Brown ShipleyVenture Managers and Ian Davidson, one of the senior managers of Scotoil.

Aberdeen based Scotoil provides a range of services to the oil-field industry including grinding, descaling of pipework.
