Land Rover puts on 400 staff

Land Rover is recruiting another 400 staff thanks to the success of its Discovery model, bringing to 2,000 the number of jobs generated over the past 12 months. Production of the Discovery is to be boosted from 1,400 to 1,760 a week from August, while production of the new Range Rover increases from June by nearly 20 per cent to 620 a week.
