One the British fashion legends surely is Suzy Menkes.

She received the BFC Special Recognition Award at the British Fashion Awards 2013 last night and was praised by celebrities and fashion icons who attended the annual event.

Menkes, who's been working in the fashion industry for decades said: "I can't really believe how long my career has been, but the thing is I still enjoy it. That's why I am still here. Thank you all."
