An English Heritage blue plaque is the answer. The German composer's residence for 36 years in Brook Street, Mayfair already displays one. The house next door - Jimi's pad for 18 months at the end of the Sixties and now part of the Handel museum - will get one next year when work on the buildings is due for completion.
