A little treat for fans of old school RPGs, this web title (recently translated into English) is a collection of browser-based mini games that pokes fun at many of the genre’s quirkier aspects. At first it seems as if it’s just one big joke, but actually some of the 25 “scenes” will end up taxing your brain, although for how long depends on your familiarity with the clichés and games referenced. All in all, Synopsis Quest is a witty (albeit very short) blast of nostalgia – not bad considering it won’t cost you a penny.
