  • Slimming World is implementing major changes to its diet plan, including the removal of the term 'Syns' and the formal integration of healthy fats.
  • From January 2026, the word 'Syns' will be replaced by 'Slimming World Individual Picks' or ‘Swips’ for foods high in energy density.
  • Healthy fats such as nuts, avocados, and seeds will be included as 'Healthy Extras', with members able to choose three portions daily.
