Lorraine star reveals four-stone weight loss after Mounjaro injections
Slimming World is implementing major changes to its diet plan, including the removal of the term 'Syns' and the formal integration of healthy fats.
From January 2026, the word 'Syns' will be replaced by 'Slimming World Individual Picks' or ‘Swips’ for foods high in energy density.
Healthy fats such as nuts, avocados, and seeds will be included as 'Healthy Extras', with members able to choose three portions daily.
The update aims to make the plan more welcoming and align with current nutritional science, highlighting the health benefits of these fats.
Managing Director Lisa Salmon explained that the changes address how language can be a barrier and ensure the plan remains effective for lasting weight loss.
