Moment George's death is revealed in Young Sheldon
Raegan Revord, the 17-year-old actor known for playing Missy Cooper in Young Sheldon, has publicly come out as non-binary.
Revord expressed hope that their announcement will inspire others to embrace their true selves, having been inspired by other non-binary and queer public figures.
They had previously updated their social media pronouns to they/them in January, but this is their first public statement on their gender identity.
The actor starred as Sheldon's fraternal younger twin sister in The Big Bang Theoryspin-off for seven seasons, from 2017 to 2024.
Revord is also promoting their debut young adult romance novel, Rules for Fake Girlfriends, which was published recently and draws inspiration from queer love stories.
