Sir: I read with terror Ursula Buchan's article on New Zealand hairy bitter cress ("Attack of the killer weed", 22 May). Unfortunately, the description was not sufficient for me to identify the weed with any certainty and I am at risk of digging up my wife's prize bedding plants, an error which would lead to a hairy, bitter fate if ever there was one. Please publish a "Wanted" poster immediately with a picture of the offending weed (an artist's impression would suffice) so that I can act with greater confidence.
