Julian Fellowes looks at film policy

Julian Fellowes, the Oscar-winning creator of Downton Abbey, will sit on an expert panel reviewing government film policy.

The eight-member panel, led by the former culture secretary Lord Chris Smith, will examine film production, development, distribution and investment.

The panel is expected to deliver its report by the end of the year.
