London's Mayor, Boris Johnson, wielded a wand on Diagon Alley yesterday and pretended to be Lord Voldemort. He was publicising the completion of a 150,000-acre reconstruction of the Harry Potter film sets at Warner Brothers' Leavesden Studio, near Watford, Herts., which will open to the public in March. Some felt, however, that the blonde Mayor was more of a Hagrid lookalike.
