George Orwell's classic books wing their way to Burma
The Arts Diary

Hundreds of copies of George Orwell's novels will imminently wing their way to Burma for the opening of the inaugural Burma International Literary Festival on 1 February, which will feature readings from former prisoners of war.
Katriona Lewis, from the George Orwell Prize, which is supporting the festival and running panel events on the freedom of expression, says they'll be giving away copies of three Orwell classics – Animal Farm, 1984 and Burmese Days.
