Trooping the Colour - a birthday celebration for the Queen - is due to take place on Saturday, as the monarch marks her second birthday of the year. Although Queen Elizabeth was born on 12 April 1926, tradition sees the royal offered with an official birthday, with the Queen also celebrating on 12 June every year. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s procession has been moved from London to Windsor Castle, with fewer soldiers and smaller crowds.
