CARDIFF will stage its second world title fight of the month when Steve Robinson, the World Boxing Organisation featherweight champion, defends his title against a former holder, Colin McMillan, at Cardiff's Ice Rink on 23 October. The promoter, Frank Warren, has chosen the Welsh capital in preference to London.
