PETER RADFORD, the former Olympic bronze medalist, has been appointed to the new full-time post of executive chairman by the British Athletic Federation. Radford, also chairman of the Sports Council's drug advisory group, will resign as Professor of Sports Science at Glasgow University and relinquish the unpaid post of BAF chairman.
