The French club, Bourgoin, are threatening to go to court over their 16-10 championship semi-final defeat to Toulouse on Saturday, settled by a controversial converted last-minute try from the French international winger, Emile N'tamack, who appeared to knock forward before touching down.The club have protested to the French rugby federation president, Bernard Lapasset, and is now investigating whether it can pursue a civil action against the referee.
