Henry Cecil's problems with Sheikh Mohammed took a new twist yesterday when the owner ordered the beleaguered trainer to withdraw two of his horses from their weekend engagements.
The trainer received a fax from the Sheikh asking him to take out Kalabo at Goodwood today and Marocco at Haydock tomorrow.
The Sheikh's racing manager Anthony Stroud confirmed that the two horses will be sent to the Middle East.
The decision is another blow to Cecil after he received a public dressing down from the Sheikh last weekend.
Cecil has already lost top two-year-olds Mark Of Esteem and Allied Forces to Dubai in recent weeks.
