At least three men were arrested and a rocket launcher seized after a bungled IRA attack on police and troops which left a woman hurt in west Belfast. Earlier, in a separate operation, four men were detained when RUC officers foiled an apparent plan by loyalist paramilitaries to stage a shooting.
