Cleared of rape

A builder of Tooting, south London, was cleared of raping a 42-year-old minicab driver. Robert Tully, 29, told the Old Bailey that the woman, a trainee probation officer, had offered him sex for money. He is yet to be sentenced for stealing cash from her cab, which he admitted.
