The Westminster district auditor postponed a decision on whether he should disqualify himself from hearing the public inquiry into allegations against 10 Conseverative councillors accused of spending council money to win Tory votes. John Magill said that he wanted to hear further representations from the former leader of the council, Dame Shirley Porter, on Monday.
