Six of the nine men arrested in Glasgow last week under the Prevention of Terrorism Act have been charged. Strathclyde Police said that the six men - three in their twenties and three in their forties - were expected to appear in court today.
Detectives refused to confirm reports that Lindsay Robb, a senior member of the Progressive Unionist Party who was arrested in Glasgow last week, was among those charged. The three other men arrested were released on Saturday.
