JUDITH JUDD, the Education Editor of the Independent, will judge this year's essay entries to the Motorola Youth Parliament competition, in which 150 secondary schools are taking part. The essays are about the making of videos of mock parliamentary sessions. Prizes will be presented in the House of Commons on 5 July. The winners' names will be published in the Independent.
