Celsius drinks recalled after mistakenly containing vodka

How Unhealthy Are Energy Drinks?
  • High Noon Hard Seltzer has initiated a voluntary recall of two lots of its Beach Variety 12-packs.
  • The recall stems from a significant labelling error, where some High Noon Vodka Seltzer cans were incorrectly marked as non-alcoholic Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink.
  • This mislabelling could lead to consumers unintentionally ingesting alcohol, although no illnesses or adverse events have been reported.
  • The affected products were distributed to retailers in six US states, including Florida, New York, and Wisconsin, between July 21 and 23.
  • Consumers are advised to dispose of the recalled cans and can contact High Noon Consumer Relations for information on refunds.
