Hollywood star hurt in car crash while filming new Netflix project
Josh Hartnett shares 'unhelpful' advice Matt Damon gave him on set of Oppenheimer
Actor Josh Hartnett sustained minor injuries after his vehicle collided with a Royal Newfoundland Constabulary patrol car in St John's, Canada, last week.
Hartnett was a passenger in an SUV returning from filming a new Netflix project when the incident occurred just before 1 am.
Both Hartnett and the 59-year-old SUV driver were taken to hospital with minor injuries, and the police officer involved was also hospitalised as a precaution.
A representative for Hartnett confirmed the actor was 'looked at and then released back to work' following the collision.
The 'Oppenheimer' star was in Newfoundland to shoot the 'Untitled Newfoundland Project', a series about a mysterious sea creature terrorising a remote town.
