This amazing giant inflatable structure with colourful chambers which you can walk through will be on Clapham Common until 20 September. On Saturday you can sample the experience while listening to dance music and unusual instruments and on Sunday there will be a saxophone ensemble as well as traditional Afghan musicians.
Thames Festival, Victoria Embankment (0171-401 3610) tomorrow, 8pm
Members of the public can join in this huge riverbank procession from Waterloo Bridge featuring illuminated sculptures, carnival costumes and floats which will head along Victoria Embankment and cross the Thames at Blackfriars. Specially composed music will be played from a barge moored in the middle of the river as a flotilla of illuminated craft take part in a spectacular display which will culminate in fireworks and special effects. The procession will feature the work of more than 50 artists and more than 30 schools and community groups such as North Westminster Community College. During the evening there will also be a night market with food and other stalls on the South Bank riverside walkway.
Party in the Park, Dulwich Park (0181-299 1011) tomorrow, 1pm-5pm, admission free
Children's entertainers, strolling players, a bouncy castle and a Punch and Judy show are just some of the things on offer for kids at this event which is part of the Dulwich Festival. There'll also be community stalls, an art exhibition and... line dancing.

Swashbuckling pirates will be taking to the streets this weekend. Activities include a nautical drama workshop for 8-11 year-olds and a showing of Muppet Treasure Island both at 10.30am today. Other attractions include a Punch and Judy show, free face-painting and puppet shows.

Get a taste of times gone by at this Roman Cotswolds villa. There will be a mosaic maker, a stone mason as well as Roman soldiers. The villa is in a beautiful area, so bring a picnic (there are no catering facilities on site).
